Science World: take 3

We made it! A Science World day without snow - finally.
A great day of exploration and discovery was had by all. Now we get to look forward to some "in-school" learning (for a change).
Thank you to the parents who were able to join us today - we couldn't do it without you.

Winter Exploratory Day

Our first Cypress Mountain day of the year was a HUGE success. From the classy highway coach transportation to the skiing and snowshoeing to the thrill of ice-tubing - the day was a blast.

FIELD TRIPS GALORE!

Please keep in mind the following dates:

January 24 - all Grade 7 students going cross-country skiing or snowshoeing (and a little snow tuning) at Cypress mountain.

January 26 - all grade 7 students going to Missions Fest at Canada Place for the day

January 29 - 7c and 7d students going to Science World (attempt #3) to augment our study of Chemistry

We have buses booked for all three of these events, but if you would like to come to Science World or Missions Fest, please put a note in your child's planner, or e-mail me at jcampbell@surreychristian.org

Sad news.

In memory of Frappuccino.
Born: August, 2005
Died: January 11, 2007

Will be greatly missed by her life-long cage-mate, Mocha,
and by many of the past and present students of 7C.

What are the chances . . .

of the same field trip being cancelled twice because of snow days - especially when they are about 40 days apart!?

Our chemistry field trip to Science World will be postponed, again. We WILL get there eventually.
